In-line sensor has linearity of 0.25% of F.S. |
The LB-1000 Series transmitter and receiver employ an aspherical glass lens to reduce optical aberrations. An automatic laser power control circuit and sensitivity control circuit automatically adjust the received-light quantity level to keep optimum reception (except the LB-1201W). |
Visible laser beam simplifies sensor setup operation. |
The LB-1000 Series employs a visible semiconductor laser with a small beam-spot diameter. The visible beam enables the sensor head to be easily aligned with minute targets. (The LB-1201W employs an infrared laser.) |
Auto-zero key |
With the AUTO-ZERO key, any measured value can be set to zero. Zero adjustment with a reference target can be completed with the touch of a button and can even be set from external terminals. |
ARC circuit |
Automatic response speed control systems must be able to automatically adjust to changing conditions. The KEYENCE ARC System does just that. When high speed positioning is required, response speed increases. When stable resolution is required, response speed decreases. Before the sensor determines target displacement, it checks whether the sensor-to-target distance has changed, continuously updating to provide optimum response speed. The ARC system is ideal for measurement of height differences of highly reflective targets and detection of unevenness of moving objects. |
Output indicator with stability function |
The output indicator turns red when the target is out of the measuring range. When the target enters the measuring range, the indicator turns yellow and then green when it reaches approximately the center of the measuring range. Operators can easily install the sensor head in production lines by confirming the output indicator. |
